CP3D Snowfest!

CP3D Snowfest

 So today CP3D held Snowfest, Snowfest is Club Penguin 3D's first ever developer conferance. Here we got a lot of information about the past, the future and the current state of this new vitural world.

The past:

The concept started already back in late 2015, when owner and developer WilliamAfton, wanted to create his own cpps. And make something special out of it, go his own way and not follow in the others ccps's footsteps. So he started making 3D models of Club Penguin sprites.

This is how it looked back in 2015, then called Club Penguin 2.

But later mid 2016 the project was forgotten, and stopped progressing. But in early 2017 WilliamAfton met with Andry and together they started up the project again, now under the name CP3D.

The Present:

 After 1-2 years extra experience in both modeling and coding, the project looks far more exciting. And the Snowfest has revealed a lot, we now know a lot about how the project could and hopefully ends up. The developers are quite fond of CP Gameday, so we could expect seeing CP3D get inspiration from it.

  
These are three of the sneakpeaks we got under Snowfest. As you could see there has been a massive improvment grapichally. This is not all that was revealed, here is a list of important things that were revealed:

• CP3D, is recreating and continuing original CP in 3D. Which means we will see new content.
• New parties.
• New rooms, such as "Club Penguin Times" room, and the gray shed ontop of Ski Mountain.
• There will be no teleporting around the island, instead tubes are used.
• Rooms will have interactive items, such as chairs which you could sit on.
• PSA mission, including new ones. From the cancelled game CP:CGI "L-OST"
• Ice fishing in various places.
• New puffles. A gray puffle has been confirmed.
• New original mascots.
• Possible to build a boat and travel to a beach. Could this be Rockhopper Island?
• Puffles might be able to wear hats.
• 2 secret entrances. 
• 26 remastered original CP tracks.
• Gift shop will be constructed during Alpha.
• Quests.
• Storyline.
• Last but not least, it's FREE! No membership, no payments at all!

Remember that some features will not make it, but most of them will. Some will recieve minor changes, but I am really hyped for the future of CP3D, and hopefully you are too.
